The installation instructions for each product can be found in two places:
- Under “Downloads” in the order confirmation you received from us.
- Under “Downloads” in My Account.
If you did not create an account when you purchased the product, your order will automatically be linked to your account when you create it after purchase.
How do I reinstall my product?
Microsoft products:
The product will be bind to your Microsoft account.
Log in to one of the following links to reinstall your product:

How Digital Delivery Works
All of our products are delivered digitally in the form of a product key for software. In most cases, product keys are automatically sent to your email address immediately after a successful payment.
💡 Tip: If you don’t see the email right away, be sure to check your Spam or Junk folder—occasionally, it may land there.
Accessing Your Product Key via Your Account
You can also access your key directly from your MSOfficeKeys account.
If you didn’t create an account at checkout, don’t worry—your order will automatically link to your account once you register using the same email address used during purchase.
Here’s how to retrieve your key:
Click on “My Account” at the top right corner of the website.
Go to the “Orders” section.
Find your order and click “SHOW” under the “Actions” column.
Your product key(s) will appear beneath the order total.
Missing Your Product Key?
If the key isn’t showing on the order page, it will typically be sent via email within one hour of purchase during our delivery hours:
Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (PST).
If you haven’t received the key after two hours, please contact our support team and we’ll assist you promptly.
The product key I purchased is invalid or already used
Troubleshooting Common Product Key Errors
Encountering an error when using your product key? Here’s how to identify and resolve common activation issues:
🔁 “The product key has been activated the maximum number of times”
(Usually appears after installation)
First, double-check that you followed the installation instructions precisely. If the issue persists, please contact our support team for assistance.
🔒 “The product key has already been used”
(Usually appears on setup.office.com before installation)
This may indicate a problem with the key. Please reach out to us so we can resolve it promptly.
💻 Microsoft Windows Issues
“The product key does not work”
Please verify that you purchased the correct version of Windows.
For example:
A Windows 10 Home key cannot activate Windows 10 Pro.
If you’re switching editions (e.g., from Home to Pro), you may need to reinstall Windows or follow the proper upgrade steps.

No shipping charges apply—our products are delivered digitally.

3. Checkout and Complete Your Purchase

Review your order, then click “Submit Order” to proceed to payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
