Refund and Returns Policy

At MSOfficeKeys, we are committed to providing authentic and fully functional software product keys. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Digital Product Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not accept returns once a product key has been delivered. Once a key has been issued and emailed, it is considered used, and we cannot resell or revoke it.


Exchanges

We understand that issues may arise, and we are here to help.

We offer free exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The key you received is invalid, not working, or incompatible with your system.

  • You contact us within 14 days of purchase.

  • You provide reasonable proof of the issue (e.g., screenshots of error messages, installation steps followed).

If the problem is verified, we will promptly issue a replacement key at no additional cost.


Refunds

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

  • You were sent the wrong product and we are unable to provide the correct one.

  • We are unable to deliver the product key within a reasonable timeframe (24 hours from purchase, unless otherwise communicated).

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • You purchased the wrong product by mistake.

  • Your system does not meet the software requirements.

  • You no longer need the product or changed your mind after purchase.


Chargebacks

Please contact our support team before initiating any chargeback. We are happy to help resolve any issue you may experience. Unjustified chargebacks will result in suspension of future purchases.
