  • Buyer: The individual or entity purchasing products from MSOfficeKeys.

3. Product Information

MSOfficeKeys specializes in the sale of genuine OEM Microsoft software product keys. All products are delivered digitally and include detailed installation instructions.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment methods. Payments are processed securely in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

  • Billing Errors: Under the FCBA, you have the right to dispute unauthorized charges or billing errors. Please contact us within 30 days of the transaction date to report any discrepancies.

5. Delivery of Products

  • Digital Delivery: Product keys are delivered electronically via email immediately upon successful payment. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours.

  • Non-Receipt: If you do not receive your product key within 24 hours, please contact our support team for assistance.

6. Refund and Return Policy

  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. However, if you experience issues with your product key, please contact us within 14 days of purchase for support.

  • Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support team first will result in the suspension of your account.

7. License and Usage

  • License Terms: Product keys sold by MSOfficeKeys are for personal or business use, as specified. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

MSOfficeKeys is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
